INSTITUTE ACADEMIC CAMPUS
Lakhimpur Polytechnic is a technical institution offering 3 years diploma under the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam, established by the Government of Assam in 2017. It is officially approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to State Council for Technical Education, Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam. The Institute offers diploma level courses in three branches of engineering- Chemical, Civil and Mechanical with intake capacity of 60 (sixty) in each branch totaling to 180 (one hundred eighty).
The institute is situated at a rural place named as Gosaibari near the
Kherajkhat H. S. School under the revenue circle of Narayanpur in the
western part of Lakhimpur District of Assam covering an area of 30 Bighas
( 10.67 acres ) covered by dag No.205 (kha) and 419 (kha) of village
Barigaon under Kherajkhat Mouza within Bihpuria Legislative Assembly
Constituency.
